The TeknoLink Story
TeknoLink Marketing Services is a boutique promotional marketing company that offers our clients a well-rounded palette of creative services. We cater to small businesses primarily because we find that is a better fit for us all around.
Our niche is in the mid-range design level — one that is often overlooked or under-serviced. However, we also are open to working with other service providers to create a team effort for larger, more expansive projects.
Attention to detail is one of our hallmarks, and we always make sure our clients are satisfied with the final result. We take pride in the fact that we listen to the needs of our clients before we begin any project to ensure that the trajectory falls in line with the objectives that are expected.
Our staff has years of extensive experience in ad agency production management, printing company art direction, freelance editorial submission and editing for publications, website consultation, and a plethora of other skills to meet your needs.
Our rates are competitive and budgets are set before project execution. That way there are no surprises. Project budgets can be set either per project or at an hourly rate.
From time to time, third-party services may be needed, and we network to obtain the most effective resource available so that assignments can reach a suitable completion.
Mostly we pride ourselves in producing your project on time, within budget and to your satisfaction. That's because we keep the communication lines open throughout the whole project process.

What do I need to supply?
To begin with, we'll need to assess your needs and project goals to make this partnership a success. With that in mind, you may be asked to provide a previously created logo (unless you want us to develop one for you). Other elements to supply may include professional photography images that may work for your current needs. We could require third-party services for specialized skill sets which would be added to the cost estimate. This may include photography, illustration, or whatever is needed on a project-by-project basis. Now, if you need copywriting, we can create that for you. Is stock photography going to be useful for your project? We can accommodate that from paid and free image suppliers. We can discuss all of these requirements when you make your inquiries to begin a project and agree on an estimated cost. If the project takes on more than we anticipated along the way, we will provide you with an extended cost estimate for completing your project.
How long does it take to complete a project?
That depends on the size of the job. We do not take on extensive projects that have a "never-ending" trajectory. Typically, we hope to finish even the more complex ones in a month or less. There's a beginning, middle, and end! Once done, we simply bill you and that's it! Easy peasy!
